Someone has rightly said that, “Self- reliance is the only road to true freedom and being one’s own person is its ultimate reward.” This statement indicates that the freedom, which is achieved by the blood, sweat and tears, can only be safeguard by self reliance. And former Prime Minister of India Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri once said, “The preservation of freedom is not the task of soldiers alone. The whole nation has to be strong.” Therefore it’s the moral duty of every Indian citizen to go self reliant.
